On this website - please refer to the RSVP tab and follow the steps provided.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Before June 30, 2026. Preferably as soon as possible.

What is the arrival time?

The ceremony starts at 4pm. However, our venue allows guests to arrive as early as 3pm so that they can get settled into their rooms and start making their way to the ceremony location.

What is checkout time?

Checkout time is at 10:30am the day following the wedding (September 15, 2026 if you couldn't figure that one out).

Will there be a shuttle?

There will be no shuttle as everything will be kept on the venue premises. Venue staff have many golf carts to assist with quick travel around the grounds if desired.

How do I navigate the venue?

Check in at the main entrance. A map will be provided to you. There will also be staff members available to golf cart you around, including to the ceremony from an indicated pick up location. They will let you know the specific details upon check in.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

We have indicated via our invitations and save the dates that each intended guest is directly named within, and instructed if given a plus-one. This event will be adult only, and we appreciate the accommodations/arrangements made by our friends and family in ensuring you can enjoy a relaxing and child free night.

Dress code?

Semi-formal or Formal attire. We want everyone to wear something they are comfortable in but also hope you can look a bit spiffy :)

Parking?

Free and on site. Since our venue offers overnight accommodation, you will be able to park directly by your tent, or in a designated parking area nearby. The specific details of your parking arrangements will be explained on your arrival at check-in.

Photo taking?

The ceremony will be unplugged and we kindly ask this be respected so our professional photographer can capture us and everyone present for the big moment. Video of the ceremony will also be captured by a designated party. Afterwards, go wild! We will be providing and encouraging everyone to take photos with disposable cameras as well as video with our camcorder. Any photos taken on personal devices are welcome, and we hope you will share them with us.

Food and Drinks?

Standard cocktail hour, dinner, dessert, and an evening snack will be provided. Please make sure to note any food restrictions or allergies on your RSVP. Wine will be provided during dinner, and there will be a cash bar on site for the reception with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Personal food and drinks are allowed at your tent site. PLEASE NOTE that staff have made it very clear that the venue's policy will not allow these personal food and drink items outside of your designated tent area. This venue is a wilderness retreat, so for the animals and environment, we ask that this is fully adhered to. Whispering Springs staff have the authority to issue fines if these rules are not strictly followed.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

Whispering Springs Wilderness Retreat is a non-smoking/vaping environment. There is a designated smoking/vaping area located adjacent to the central reception area that guests are welcome to use if they wish to smoke. If guests are found smoking in other areas there is a $250.00 fine. If a guest is found smoking/vaping in a tent, or there is evidence that guests were smoking/vaping in their tents, a $500.00 cleaning fee will charged to your final invoice for your tent. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana (ex. joints, vapes, etc), and whatever else you can think of. If it emits smoke, it is not permitted. Please be respectful.
